A small box on your network does your business's admin overnight, then texts you the two or three decisions that are actually yours. Everything else: done, with a receipt.
For owner-operators of services businesses, 5–50 staff. Two guarantees below.
Each line is a thing you'd otherwise pay for or do yourself. The number at the bottom is what the first ten businesses actually pay.
Install Day included. Year one: $5,964 for the service, plus the best box Apple makes at Apple's price (about $3,500 — receipt attached, no markup). Lower because you give us the two things a first customer can — a written story of what changed for you, with your name and details removed, and a 20-minute call each month. Ends at business #10 and never comes back.
If the monthly report doesn't show at least ten hours a month handed back to you by day 90, we keep working for free until it does. If it still hasn't by day 180, you keep the box and owe nothing further.
Separately: 30 days, any reason, full refund — service and box. We collect the box.
The anti-guarantee: we will never guarantee it sends, signs, pays or deletes for you. That is the point of it.
Tell us three things. A person reads every one and replies within one business day — with an install date, a sample brief for your business, or an honest 'not a fit'.
No newsletter. One human reply. Nothing is charged until an install date is agreed.
No. It never sends, signs, pays or deletes on your behalf — the software has no way to do those things. A task needing one comes back to you as a decision, with the reversible work already finished.
It refuses to act on partial evidence. It stops and says so rather than guessing confidently — a confident wrong answer is worse than no answer.
The box keeps working and catches up when the connection comes back. If you need every office to see the same thing at the same second, this is the wrong box.
You do. The box runs on your network. The records can only be added to, never changed or erased, and your accountant or insurer can check them without trusting us.
It runs on the box and uses one GitHub Copilot seat, which you buy directly for about $10–20 a month. There is no separate cloud sandbox to meter and we never resell AI usage to you.
Best for the best. The first ten businesses get the best Mac mini Apple makes, because a slow twin is a bad product and we will not ship one. You pay Apple's price and we hand you the receipt — no markup, we make our money on the service. It is yours to keep, and inside 30 days we take it back with the refund.
Because every install day is done in person by the founder, and the first ten businesses get a 20-minute call every month. Ten is what one person can place well. The counter at the top is the live count.
